Mapleton residents gathered last week after some delays due to weather to witness the raising of the new water tower in Drayton.
The water tower saw its logo and colour scheme be heavily influenced with public voting as members of council allowed the public to be as involved as they could from design to witnessing the 4 hour lift in person.
