Perth County OPP have charged a resident with no fixed address with domestic harassment.
On March4th at around 12:21am, OPP began an investigation of the incident in West Perth after it was learned a person who previously had conditions not to communicate with the victim had sent multiple messages.
As a result the 44 year old was arrested and charged with Criminal Harassment and Failure to Comply with undertaking.
The accused was held in custody pending a bail hearing.
