Domestic Dispute Leads to Single Vehicle Collision and Charges

Both driver and passenger charged with possession

 

Two people have been charged following an alleged domestic dispute which resulted in a single vehicle collision.

Perth County OPP responded to the collision on Perth Road 164 on May 7th at around 7:30am.

Investigation determined the driver and passenger of the vehicle were in argument when the passenger grabbed the drivers arm.

The driver then lost control which entered a ditch. No injuries were reported in the incident.

Both were also found to be in possession of cocaine. As a result, the driver and passenger, both 21 years old were charged with possession with the driver also charged with driving without a license and passenger with assault.
