A Toronto resident will have their day in court following a disturbance.
On June 29th at around 10pm, Wellington County OPP responded to a report of a disturbance at a business on Wellington Road 109 in Wellington North.
It was reported a person caused to damage to a business.
As a result of investigation a 44 year old of Toronto has been charged with Mischief Under $5000 and Being Intoxicated in a Public Place.
The accused will appear in Guelph court on August 25th.
