Centre Wellington council has approved the demolition and cleanup of 25 West Mill Street in Elora.
On February 24th, the roof and parts of the walls of the unoccupied stone building came down and shares a common stone wall with 43 West Mill Street.
From the collapse, debris was found neighbouring structures and the structure now requires demolition due to the condition.
All associated legal and consulting engineering costs will be funded from the general capital reserve.
