North Perth will be replacing the Davidson Avenue Bridge which is planned for this summer.
The end goal will see a wider bridge to better align with the roadway with pedestrian sidewalks on either ends of the bridge.
As work gets underway, Davidson Avenue will be closed around the vicinity of the bridge which will include intersections at Royal and Queen Streets.
Signs will be posted to advise traffic of the closures in advance to the construction area. Work is expected to be completed in mid-December.
