As of noon on Monday any resident 18 and up in Ontario will be eligible to book and receive their 2nd COVID-19 vaccine dose.
The new availability is open to those who received Pfizer or Moderna as their first dose. The wait between first and second doses has been greatly reduced to 28 days.
Locally in Huron-Perth residents are encouraged to keep booking from public health’s website or by calling 1-833-753-2098.
As of Friday, 74 percent of Huron-Perth residents have received one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine with 25 percent fully vaccinated.
