Perth County has launched a new webpage to inform the public and to collect data about the presence of coyotes in the area.
This new initiative is in response from concerns the public has raised around coyotes in the area.
This new page on the County’s website includes a reporting form and is full of information about what residents can do if they encounter a coyote.
Historically there has no been no central data collection for coyote sightings in Perth County with this new form to get information about the day, time and approximate location of the sightings.
