After looking like a wall was hit in regards to get school bus stop arm cameras across Ontario, traction is again gaining ground and an update will be provided for North Perth council tonight.
The motion first introduced by councilor Allan Rothwell, conversations on the topic were hot in the early summer but quickly cooled down until recently.
Various meetings with different groups including the Police Services Board and Community Safety and Well Being Committee have discussed the topic with highlights being brought to council as the push still continues across the province for stop arm cameras to be put on school buses.
