Conservation authorities continue to monitor across Midwestern Ontario river water levels following the quick melting of snow and ice over the past few days.

A warning was issued yesterday and is expected to continue well into the weekend though authorities are saying the current levels are at their peak.

Wilmot Township has affected road closures due to flooding. Wilby Road from Nafziger Road to Sandhills road is closed due to water over the roads as well as Holland Mills Road from Bleams Road East, south of the Nith River Bridge.
