A Concerned Citizen in North Perth has started a grassroots campaign for a petition to see speed limits on side streets and safety zones in Listowel lowered.
In the post by Johnny Borton he says that it’s time to stop the Nascar tactics in North Perth and adds that a blanket 40 km on all side streets and dropping it to 30 in Safety Zones with speed cameras is needed before one of the children or grand children are seriously injured or killed.
