The Wingham Community Trail Bridge will be closed for the remainder of the week.
Formerly the CNR rail bridge, the closure is being done for scheduled maintenance and access to the bridge will be blocked at both entrances.
Erosion protection is being installed around the abutments on the east end of the bridge.
This closure is expected to have minimal impact on traffic.
The work will last to October 30th with the project being funded through the Leland and Thora Vance Fund.
