A collision in Perth East has resulted in a handful of charges against a 26 year old.
On April 15th at around 3:15pm, a Perth County OPP officer responded to a two vehicle collision on Line 86 in Perth East.
Investigation revealed one of the drivers had consumed alcohol.
The driver was arrested and taken to a local detachment for further testing.
As a result a 26 year old of Waterloo was charged with Operation While Impaired, Operation While Impaired – Blood Alcohol Concentration 80 plus and Dangerous Operation.
The accused was released from custody and will appear in Stratford court on May 15th.
