Wellington County OPP on July 16th at around 7pm, responded to a report of a motor vehicle in a ditch on Highway 9 just west of Harriston.
As a result of the incident a 39 year old of Chesley has been charged with Operation while Impaired and Impaired Operation 80 Plus.
The accused will appear in Guelph court at a later date.
