Despite a strange season, Canadian farmers produced more wheat, soybeans, barley and oats in 2020 compared to the previous year according to Stats Canada.
While 2020 was a tough year from farmers simply dealing with COVID-19 alone, the challenges presented did not seem to slow down any production for field crops.
Harvest conditions were greatly improved when compared to last year, the weather conditions in the changing season made for an early complete harvest in most regions.
