With the help of two generous donors from local families, fans and supporters of the Blyth Festival can double any gift and donation they make to the festival.
Dave Southen and Susan Carlyle and one anonymous donor will match any gifts up to a maximum of $100,000 received by December 31st to the festival in an effort to raise a total of $200,000 for the festival.
Blyth Artistic Director Gill Garratt says the festival has received so much support, enough to pay their bills and start planning for a season next summer.
