The housing market hot locally – really hot. The monthly report from the Huron-Perth Association of Realtors released their numbers for September.
222 homes were sold last month, up 20 percent from a year ago with the average price of a home being $461,000. That’s a 15 percent increase.
With only 255 listings, its a 41 percent drop compared to last year.
