With Halloween this week, many locally are gearing up for the 10th year of the Atwood Witches Walk this weekend.
The annual event which kicks off at dusk on October 30th helps benefit the Atwood Lions runs one single trail but with two different levels.
One end will be more easy going with another for those looking for a good scare.
Mike McCourt from the Witches Walk says, you will be walking through a bush, so you should try to dress accordingly.
“It is a bush, so you’re going to want to wear appropriate footwear, some good boots. Bring a regular flashlight, don’t bring that million power thing that can light up the whole bush.” said McCourt.
Admission is $10 for adults, kids 12 and under for $5 and preschoolers for free through the McCourt Family Bush lot.
