Huron County OPP have charged two Ashfield Colborne Wawanosh residents with impaired driving following OPP patrols on the G2G trail back in May.
OPP was on patrol across the G2G trail on May 21st which is open to non motorized traffic only except for motorized snow vehicles during the winter when the OFSC uses the trail.
At 4:16pm, officers observed three ATVs on the trail and spoke with the operators and determined they had consumed alcohol.
Two ATV drivers failed an Approved Screening Device and were arrested.
As a result a 46 year old and 28 year old of Ashfield Colborne Wawanosh were charged with Operation while Impaired and given an offence found in the Trespass to Property Act.
