A driver is facing multiple charges after fleeing the scene of an accident.
On June 30th at around 10:30pm Wellington County OPP were called out to a report of a minor motor vehicle collision involving an ATV and another motor vehicle on Highway 89 just east of Mount Forest.
The driver of the ATV fled the scene who was later located by police.
As a result a 41 year old of Southgate Township has been charged with Failing to Remain and Operation while Impaired as well as Operation while Prohibited.
The accused will appear in Guelph court at a later date.
