An assault investigation has led to an over 80 charge in Exeter.
Police were called to a report of an assault in parking lot on Main Street North in Exeter and while police were investigating, spoke with a driver which led OPP conducting a roadside screening device on the driver.
The breath test resulted in a failure with the man taken into custody.
As a result the 17 year old from London has been charged with Operation While Impaired with a blood alcohol content over the legal limit.
The accused was released from custody and will appear in Goderich court.
