Wellington County OPP under the direction of the Criminal Investigation Branch have charged one person following an assault which took place at an apartment complex on January 15th in Arthur.
The victim sustained life altering injuries after an incident with another resident from a neighbouring apartment.
As a result a 37 year old from Arthur was charged with Aggravated Assault and held in custody.
