Home sales kept above $700,000 for another month according to data from the Huron-Perth Association of Realtors.
A total of 220 for April, a decrease of 4.3 per cent when compared to the same time last year.
On a year to date basis, 667 units were sold in the first four months of the year, down 7.9 per cent from 2021.
The benchmark price of a single family home was set at $673,000 with the average price sold last month at $731,398, a leap of 26.9 per cent from April 2021.
There were 326 listings last month.
