The Kitchen Cupboard & Icebox is holding their annual fundraiser for the Listowel Memorial Hospital this Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
The Souper Fundraiser as it’s known sees soup sold both ready to serve and frozen those days with a portion of proceeds donated to charity.
Marian Gadd who works with Karen the owner of the business says giving back to those in need is a big priority to her.
“The community comes first, community, local and support has always been Karen’s motto. She’s pretty passion about it. Between doing the Hospital Fundraisers and Cooking for the Cures and general donations she’s terrific for the community.”
Walk-in orders are accepted from Thursday to Saturday but they ask that group orders for the Souper Fundraiser be pre-ordered, pre-paid and picked up by one person from the organization.
