The Avon Mailtand District School Board has made parents aware of changes to board policy when it comes to school bus cancellations and school closures due to the pandemic.
The board will do their best to keep elementary schools open when buses are not running but when schools are not open students should still login to their Google Classroom at the usual start of the day to receive instructions from their classroom teacher.
For secondary school students when buses are cancelled the Grade 7 to 12 and 9 to 12 school buildings will be closed to students.
