Centre Wellington has sold Lot 7 in the North Fergus Business Park which will support investment in local employment lands.
The 2.65 acre property is planned for development as a multi-unit commercial site, sold to Van Grootheest Holdings LTD.
This development will include two buildings around 30,000 square feet with 17 units in a range of sizes.
This space is expected to bring light commercial, office, storage and trade related uses with a focus on meeting the needs of small trades businesses and other growing local enterprises.
CAO Dan Wilson says by creating flexible, well-located commercial space, this development will help local businesses establish, expand and create jobs in the community.
