Stratford Police are investigating reports of counterfeit twenty dollar bills circulating in Stratford.
Police say these bills have been passed around at a local business.
Police are reminding residents and business owners to be vigilant when handling cash to familiarize themselves with security features with Canadian cash.
With these bills it was noted the transparent window section of the money had been glued onto the note, being a key indicator of a fake.
Investigation remains ongoing.
