A 16 year old has been charged who assaulted an officer during an incident.
On March 14th at around 7:30am, OPP responded to an address in Fergus for an unrelated matter during which an individual became aggressive towards officers.
One officer suffered minor injuries and was taken to hospital for assessment.
As a result a 16 year old of Fergus was charged with Assaulting an Officer and four counts of Assault with Intent to Resist Arrest.
The accused will appear in court at a later date.
