OPP are reminding the public to stay off your phone while driving after a 29 year old blew past a stop sign.
On March 14th at around 12pm, Wellington County OPP stopped a vehicle on Beatty Line South in Fergus.
As a result, a 29 year old of Cambridge has been charged with Driving with a Handheld Device, Failure to Stop at a Stop Sign and Failure to Wear a Seat belt.
The accused will appear in court at a later date.
