The Optimist Club of Stratford is dishing out a total of $55,000 to support various programs to support students in the city.
Through the clubs new program dubbed Healthy Bodies, Healthy Learning a donation of $5000 has been made to each of the Stratford’s 11 elementary schools.
This donation will support breakfast and snack programs, grocery gift cards for those in need and warm clothing for kids.
The Optimist Club says they are proud to continue their 89 year tradition of serving the Stratford community and bringing out the best in youth.
