Wellington County OPP received a report of fraud on February 7th where the victim says their bank card was lost and was being used at various businesses in Wellington North.
The victim reported $300 worth of purchases were made using their card.
Police were able to locate the suspect and as a result, a 38 year old of Wellington North was charged with two counts of fraud under $5000.
The accused will appear in Guelph court on April 14th.
