It’s another dairy donation for local schools by Maplevue Farms with the help of the Clifford Rotary Club and proceeds from World Milk Day.
6 local schools will receive resealable bags of cheese snacks for students to enjoy whether as a school snack or to take home with them.
Doug Johnston says its great to be able to give back having the support from local groups and clubs.
“We’re dairy farmers we like to promote our own product and if we can partner up with local groups and support this and give the kids some extra nutrition that’s what we’re trying to promote.” said Johnston.
The donation of Nothing But Cheese snacks are produced with Gay Lea, making what’s given 100% Canadian dairy.
