A 75 year old is facing charges after a case of intimate partner violence.
On April 29th at around 2:45pm, Wellington County OPP were called to a report of a disturbance at an address in Erin.
As a result, a 75 year old was arrested and charged with two counts of Uttering Threats to Cause Death or Bodily Harm and Spousal Assault.
The accused was released from custody and will appear in Guelph court at a later date.
