Traffic Stop Leads to Break Instrument and Possession Charges

On October 15^th at around 4am, a Wellington County OPP officer initiated a traffic stop on a red sedan on Main Street North in Mount Forest.

As a result of investigation a 25 year old from Amaranth Township was charged with Failing to Comply with a Release Order and Possession of Break-in Instruments as well as Possession of Schedule I Substance – Methamphetamine.

The accused will appear in Guelph court at a later date.
