Construction will begin soon in Tiverton for the new Western Clean Energy Sorting and Recycling Centre with Ontario Power Generation.
A ground breaking ceremony last December marked the spot of the soon 42,000 square foot nuclear sorting facilit which will employ around 25 people.
Once the facility is finished and running, it will sort out low level radioactive materials from OPG nuclear operations to reduce its environmental footprint of its storage facility at the Bruce nuclear site.
