On September 14, just after 2:00pm the Huron County and Wellington County Community Street Crimes Units conducted a traffic stop on Snyder’s Road East in Petersburg, after a drug trafficking investigation.
The four occupants of the vehicle were found in possession of Methamphetamine and cannabis resin, as well as drug trafficking paraphernalia and cash.
The total value of the drugs is approximately $9,000.
As a result a 28 year old male of Listowel has been charged with:
- Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking – Methamphetamine
- Operate Vehicle While Prohibited
- Fail to Comply with Probation
A 54 year old male of Palmerston has been charged with:
- Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking – Methamphetamine
A 36 year old of Wroxeter has been charged with:
- Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking – Methamphetamine
A 25 year old of Kitchener has been charged with:
- Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking – Methamphetamine
The accused parties were released from custody and are scheduled to appear at a Stratford Court at a later date to answer to the charges.
