A 72 year old has been charged from a fatal crash involving a pedestrian over the spring.
On May 22nd OPP responded to the scene with emergency services to the crash between a vehicle and pedestrian at the intersection of Wallace Avenue North and Elizabeth Street East.
The pedestrian was taken to hospital with serious injuries who died in hospital on August 6th.
On October 22nd a 72 year old woman of Listowel was charged with Careless Driving Causing Death who will appear in court next month.
