A 52 year old of West Perth is facing charges after a multi vehicle crash in South Huron.
On August 11th at around 10:40am, Huron and Perth County OPP alongside paramedics and the fire department responded to a crash on Road 164 just north of Kirkton for the crash between an SUV, semi-truck with a car hauler trailer and passenger sedan.
Minor injuries were reported by the vehicle occupiers.
Police while speaking the sedan driver had noticed signs of impairment with breath samples finding to be over the legal limit.
A 52 year old was charged with Dangerous Operation and Operation While Impaired. The accused will appear in court next month.
