The Mount Forest Aquatics Ad-Hoc Advisory Committee has received $40,000 towards the new Mount Forest Outdoor Pool, specifically for two lifeguard chairs from McFarlane Family Dental.
The new pool will be located on Princess Street, adjacent to the Mount Forest and District Sports Complex, costing around $5.3 million with a fundraising goal of $2.3 million.
Dr. Bob McFarlane says investing in the community has always been at the heart of their practice adding they are proud to add to this project to help strengthen the place we all call home.
