Theft of telecommunication wire has led 4 people being arrested.
On March 2nd at around 2pm, Wellington County OPP on patrol on York Road in Guelph spotted a group of people loading suspicious items in their vehicle.
After investigation, officers recovered around $1200 in copper telecommunication wire.
The damage to the property was estimated beyond $10,000.
A 47 year old of Guelph has been charged with Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Over $5000 with Failure to Comply with an Undertaking.
