Registration is open for the 13th annual North Perth Character run with Community of Character.
The run aims to bring the community together promoting health and fitness all while raising funds for the non-profit to promote and educate positive character traits through workshops, resources and events.
The run being held at the Steve Kerr on May 30th welcomes everyone to get involved on a list of runs as well a 3k walk.
Meaghan Graham, Coordinator for North Perth’s Community of Character says it doesn’t matter if you’re a regular runner, marathon competitor or someone who just wants to support, all are welcome.
“If you want to come out and walk, do the 1K even please do. It’s about getting out there, being with people, cheering each other one and showing good sportsmanship” said Graham.
Those who register before May 1st will get a t-shirt and racing bib which will be available for pickup on May 29th and 30th at the Steve Kerr.
Graham was very appreciative of local businesses coming on as sponsors with Spinrite allowing 100 free youth registrations.
