A 15 year old has been airlifted to hospital with a serious leg injury following an accident in Mapleton.
On October 29th at around 11am, Wellington County OPP responded to an address on Wellington Road 12 for a non traffic accident at the request of EMS and Mapleton Fire.
Fire Chief Rick Richardson says the youth had been running a skid steer and the machine flipped, pinning the leg of the victim against a concrete pit.
The Ministry of Labour has been notified of the incident.
