With first doses expected to start today for youth COVID-19 vaccine appointments, the province is looking at their data of appointments booked heading into today.
As of Wednesday morning, officials say over 93,000 vaccine appointments were made for kids aged 5-11.
The figure only covers those who booked from the provincial website and doesn’t take into account those who booked from their local health unit.
In Huron-Perth, over 2900 appointments were booked for youth 5-11.
