The Multicultural Association of Perth-Huron will be holding a World Refugee Day BBQ at the Falstaff Family Centre on June 20th from 11am-2pm.
The Multicultural Association continues to do their work to welcome in Ukrainian refugees who have fled their home country and settled in Canada with many finding settlement across Midwestern Ontario.
President Geza Wordofa says he hopes those can see the need for support, not only just in Ukraine but across the world by events out of their control.
The Ukrainian refugee resettlement fund continues to be open which can be found on the Multicultural Association website.
Those in attendance at the bbq will also be able to donate in person.
