A Wingham resident has been charged after an incident at the municipal office.
On November 21st at around 9:30am, the suspect went to the township office and interacted with staff.
At 10am, police were called to look into threats made by the individual with investigators able to locate the suspect who was arrested just after 12:30pm.
The 41 year old of North Huron was charged with Uttering Threats to Cause Bodily Harm or Death and Criminal Harassment.
The accused has been held in custody pending a bail hearing.
