The Wingham and District Hospital Emergency Department will close overnight starting at 5pm.
While the emergency department will reopen at 7am on Friday another closure is expected for the long weekend.
Due to ongoing healthcare staff shortages the hospital closed at 5pm on Thursday and staff shortages will impact this weekend.
The ED will close at 3pm on Saturday and return to regular 24 hours of operation on Tuesday at 7am.
During this closure the ED will be open from 7am-3pm from Saturday-Monday
