High levels of air pollution from smoke caused by forest fires in northwestern Ontario are expected to continue affecting the region, mostly felt in Northern Wellington County.

Smoke from the fires combined with ground level ozone can cause the deterioration of air quality in parts of the region this morning.

Wildfire smoke is a constant changing mixture of particles and gases which can include chemicals that can be harmful to your health.

Visibility can also be affected at times.
