Wellington County OPP have charged a Whitby resident after a stop in Puslinch.
On December 28th at around 1:45pm, OPP was watching traffic on Lake Road east when the driver a commercial motor vehicle was stopped to check safety and compliance with the vehicle.
The 34 year old was hit with 19 offences including Failure to Surrender License, Improper Brakes on Trailer, Overweight Vehicle and 4 counts of Improper Tires.
The accused will appear in court in April.
