West Perth Village is a retirement home being built in the heart of Perth County. The objective of the facility is to allow residents of Ritz Lutheran Villa and Mitchell Nursing Home a brand new facility to live.
The facility will feature 4, 32 bed units that are being built as mini neighborhoods instead of like institutions of the past. Each unit will feature it’s own dining room, lounge and activity area.
The fundraising campaign for West Perth Village received a kickstart recently by the announcement that local insurance company Zehr Insurance had raised $13,991 for the building campaign.
The money was raised through the donor match program.
