The Wellington County OPP are investigating a fatal collision that claimed a life in Centre Wellington.
Just after 9 am this morning police, Guelph-Wellington Paramedics and Centre Wellington Fire were called to a collision on Wellington Road 21 near 4th Line East.
Upon arrival they located the passenger vehicle and minivan involved.
The lone drivers in each vehicle were transported to local hospital where one was pronounced deceased.
The second was later airlifted to Hamilton with non-life-threatening injuries.
The deceased has been identified as an 18-year-old resident of Centre Wellington.
The cause is still under investigation.
